Raising three puppies was stressful enough without having to worry about one of them wandering off or even worse, all of them taking off on an adventure. I bought one of these and tested it out for a week. The support staff was awesome in helping me as I'm not the most tech savvy person. I was so pleased with it that I went ahead and got the other two. Now all 3 of my puppies are safe. I can set up a perimeter anywhere I go and I can even set up no go zones at home. That way if they decide to break into the goat pen to play, I get an alert immediately. The goat is the next one to get low jacked, just in case the puppies get any ideas of busting him out to play. So far, the battery life and durability are good. My dogs love the water and swim all the time with no problem. Best value I could find for the unit and the subscription as well. 👍👍

I like this product. I can slip it off my dog for easy charging without removing her collar. It's lightweight and doesn't get in her way. The set up on the app is simple and their customer service has been spot on for me. Loved it so much I had to get a second for my other dog. The yearly fee is very reasonable to help ensure your pet's safety. Highly recommended.

Let's see I had trouble with this device at the beginning. But! I contacted the company and they worked with me and I received another charger and it worked perfectly. Mr. Rip got away and I turned on the tracker and it lead me right to him. I was so happy!!! Very worth having!!!! And I was able to set up perimeters and I do get alerts that he was out of the safe zone. The battery life is good and it alerts me on that too. I charge it up and back on it goes. Wow very happy!!!
I do have to say that the lady that he kept going to said to her daughter who is a veterinarian, "more people should use these trackers" this one is the one I picked and glad I did!!
